Mathieu Dechavanne is CEO of Compagnie du Mont-Blanc, which operates the ski lifts of the Chamonix Valley and Megève. He is a graduate of the IAE Institute of Business Administration in Lyon and the University of North Carolina in Charlotte (Master of Business Administration – MBA). Up until 2009, he had spent 15 years in the automotive industry, working for one of the world’s largest equipment manufacturers, where he began his career with an international operations training programme and eventually became head of the factories division.
